I love how¬†versatile¬†muffins are. You can tweak a basic recipe into anything you feel like at the moment. Today I felt like mixed berry muffins! We are low on flour so I looked pulled out my healthy muffin recipe. I’ve made these before with quinoa and they were also delicious! Baking also helped to heat up our basement suite so that was another bonus! : )
