We have SO many crab apples this year on our trees! We’ve given buckets away and still have plenty to work with. They are surprisingly really sweet and pleasant to eat… not sour at all! I made this apple cake for a friend who was going away for school. It was delicious with a dollop of whipping cream on top! We’ve also had apple pie, apple crisp and apple muffens over the last couple days. My next project is a mug of steamy apple cider with a cinnamon stick! Mmmmmm ..Fall is here!
