This is a yummy treat when you are trying to beat the heat but craving something gooey and chocolatey! We strategically didn’t bake them all the way through to get that extra fudgy goodness! The recipe used can be found here but instead of using a mini muffin tin  we substituted a 9×9 baking dish (lazy). We could barely stand to let them cool for 30 minutes so we sped the process by topping them with cool vanilla ice cream!



8 ounces butter

2 cups sugar (we used brown)

1 cup of cocoa powder

4 ounces of 70% cocoa bar (chopped)

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1/2 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract

3 large eggs (cold)

3/4 cup cake flour

sea salt to taste
